
Buckeye Quick Bits
At the Buckeye Wedding Expo, we aim to create an engaging and informative experience for both our attendees and vendors. One of the many unique features of this event will be the “Quick Bits”. This is a chance for vendors to share their expertise and gain greater visibility by providing valuable insights to attendees.
What Are Buckeye Quick Bits and How Can You Be Involved?
​Quick Bits are short video interviews using a Zoom or Teams style platform used to increase your business exposure while also promoting the show.
We will start our call with a 15 minute planning session that will not be recorded, streamed or broadcasted. We will go over the format, questions we may ask, and how to end the interview with a structured sound bite we can share on Reels and other social media short video content. The true reason of this session is to get you comfortable talking on camera about your business and the services you provide.
Following the planning portion of the video call, we will do a live session for approximately 15 minutes. This live session is streamed to many Buckeye Wedding Expo and Legacy Event Group social media sites simultaneously. You will also have the opportunity to link any of your social media sites that accept live streaming. We will lead the conversation during this session with open ended questions allowing you to talk about your services and expertise in the event and wedding industry.
The last couple of minutes of the stream we gather your quick bits. These are focused pieces of advice (under 2 mins) that address common questions or challenges in the wedding planning process. Here are some examples of quick bits topics along with a short video example:​​​​​

This quick bit portion will be promoted on short form video social media sites and displayed on multiple TVs throughout the Rotunda during the event, ensuring that all attendees can see a true benefit from your advice and business. ​​​​​​​​​​
